Abstract

From 1949 to 1950,the quantity of the party members rapidly develops as the CPC realizes the transformation from revolutionary Party to ruling Party.As the same time,the Party strengthens the construction of its group with rectification movement and the Party consolidation to correct its shortcoming and mistake keeping a sober mind,which guarantees that the Party is always the strong center of revolutionary cause and the great Party,the glorious Party and correct Party.These provide organization guarantee for the realization of recovery of national economy and socialist reform.
