Abstract

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of scopolamine on neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:80 cases with neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Routine therapy was used to control group, and scopolamine was given to observation group on the base of routine therapy. Results:The disappearance time of disturbance of consciousness, change of muscular tension, primitive reflex and other symptoms in observation group compared with those in control group, there were statistical differences(P0.05);the total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion:Scopolamine can improve the symptoms of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, the clinical efficacy is significant.
