The Problems Existing in the Construction of Rural Community in Jilin Province and Corresponding Countermeasures

This paper analyses some problems existing in the construction of rural community in Jilin Province as follows:the funds for the construction of community are short;the residents show sluggish participation in community;the infrastructure construction of community is backward;the organizational building of community lags behind;the operating mechanism is in chaos.Finally,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as follows:we should strengthen the funds guarantee of government for the construction of community;we should reinforce the quality education for the rural residents;we should speed up the construction of rural infrastructure;we should improve organizational building of rural community.
