Abstract
The status of rail transit is gradually improved in modern society and more attention are paid to the safety issues.In order to insure the safe operation of rail transit,a rail transit safety evaluation system must be set up.The various factors that affected the safety of rail transit at first was analyzed.Then the indexes of safety evaluation system of rail transit were chosen by a conjoint way of integrating the qualitative and quantitative methods from four parts which were operational management,facilities,personnel and external conditions.Again,it made the index quantifiable and assured the index proportion by AHP.Finally,fuzzy math way was chosen to set up a two-grade fuzzy synthetically evaluation model of rail transit safety system to evaluate the running safety of rail transit.
