Abstract
The morbidity of Henoch-Schonlein purpura remains high in the clinic, renal complicahon could seriously affect the quality of life of the patients, and its pathogenesis has not been well explained Its pathogenesis is now focused in the recent studies..In recent years, many researchers study the pathogenesis of this disease which made great progress in the influence factors. The changes of T cell function,ICAM-1,P-selectin,endothelin,nitric oxide, von willebrand factor,D-dimer and gene in the Henoch-Schonlein play an important role in the incidence. The current progress in pathogenesis is reviewed in this paper..
