Corporate Governance and Corporate Value——Analysis Based on Stock Change Perspective

The paper makes an empirical analysis on the relation between stock price of listed companies and its value,and concludes the relation between Chinese listed companies' value and corporate governance performance.The authors find many new things in the research and put forward some important suggestion to promote corporate governance and its value.
