Abstract
From the view of corporate social capital theory,this paper researches the impact of corporate social capital on corporate governance level using 70 listed companies among the 100 best corporate governance listed companies all published by Nankai Corporate Governance Research Center as research sample.The results indicate that the more harmonious the relationship between enterprise and small and medium-sized shareholders,the higher the listed corporate governance level.However,the impact of the relationship between enterprise and suppliers or customers on corporate governance level is not significant.But with the arrival of bivariate interaction,the impact of corporate social capital on corporate governance level has been improved.
