The comment in Ming and Qing Dynasties is traditional literary criticism of China .The New Criticism had exerted a most significant influence in the early half of 20th century .The article tries to illustrate the common ground of the two subjects from the perspective of theory, researching objects, researching methods and so on, in order to promote communication in literary criticism.
