The methodology of the literary theory in the Ming and Qing Dynasties is mainly embodied in three aspects: affirming and praising of the present theories;exploration of the concrete methods;and theoretical explanation of the methods.The discussions on the literary methodology by the literary theorists in the Ming and Qing Dynasties provide a reference for us to hold the law and characteristics of literary writing.
