Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and coronary heart disease(CHD).Method:There were totally 76 patients with CHD enrolled in Fengtian hospital as CHD group,25 cases with stable angina pectoris(SAP),4l cases with unstable angina pectoris(UAP),10 cases with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)were included and 50 healthy adults as control group. The hs-CRP were detected and analyzed in both of the groups. Results:There were significant differences between CHD group and control group in serum levels of hs-CRP(P0.01).The level of serum hs-CRP in patients with UAP and AMI were higher than that of patients with SAP and the AMI groups were higher than that of UAP groups(P0.05).Conclusion:According to different development condition in patients with CHD,the degree of higher hs-CRP was different. It prompted that there is a close relationship between hs-CRP and the progression of CHD.The hs-CRP can provide references for the clinical diagnosis and clinical observation of CHD.
