Practice and effects of the standardized training for new college and undergraduate nurses

Objective To explore the effects of the standardized training among new graduated nurses.Methods Totally 72 nurses received the standardized training.Before and after the training,they attended the same knowledge test and skill examination.Results The scores of the knowledge test and the skill examination after the training both were higher than those before the training(P0.05).The new graduated nurses gave higher evaluation to the training teachers.Conclusion The standardized training can help new graduated nurses adapt to nurse roles better and faster,improve their abilities of work and study,so as to meet the needs of clinical nursing.
