Effectiveness Evaluation on Standardized Training for New Nurses

Objective Through implementation of standardized training,the new nurses within three years after graduation were trained to adapt to the role of nurses for nursing capacity so as to provide high-quality nursing service.Methods The new nurses who were graduated from 2004 to 2009 underwent standardized training.Totally 180 nurses who completed training were investigated with questionnaire designed by ourselves to explore their opinions and advices for the training program to make the program more reasonable and systematics.Results The nurses who completed standardized training program elevated their level of theory and manipulative skill significantly.Conclusion The standardized training for the new nurses within three years after graduation can promote nurses comprehensive quality and professional level,increase construction of nurse troops and evaluate quality of clinical nursing work.
