Abstract
In this paper,a method was developed for the determination of copper and leader in soil by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS),the best experimental condition was studied.Through comparison of two counteraction systems(HNO3-FH-H2O2 system and HNO3-HF-HClO4 system),the best counteraction system is HNO3-HF-HClO4 system. It has been showed the relative standard error of 1.3%~6.5% and a recovery of 93%~107% for Pb;whereas a relative standard error of 3.6%~5.1% and a recovery of 93%~104% belong to Cu.This method is simple,quick,regent-saving and has a satisfying result.
