Abstract
Objective:To approuch the value of multiple sputum culture in diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases.Methods:To do multiple sputum culture to 120 patients,then compared effect of single and multiple sputum culture,making statistical.Results:Detection rate of pathogenic bacteria in single sputum culture were signifficantly lower than multiple sputum culture.The pathogens Structure were different also.Conclusion:Multiple sputum culture was worth in identifying the cause of respiratory infection and existence of nosocomial infection,as so as doing medication guide.
