Abstract
Objective To investigate effect differences of laparoscopic and traditional open surgery for uterine fibroids removed. Methods From February 2010 to February 2012 in our hospital for laparoscopic myomectomy surgery in 30 patients as research subjects, set up for the laparoscopic group, and other selected 32 cases underwent abdominal myomectomy patients establishment the control group, observed and recorded surgery time, blood loss, postoperative anal exhaust time, complications, postoperative hospital stay, and postoperative body temperature returned to normal time of the two groups's patients. Results Although the operation time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group, but the blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group, postoperative body temperature returned to normal time, anal exhaust time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than the control group and the incidence rate of postoperative complications of the laparoscopic group the was significantly lower than the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy with less trauma, pain, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, low recurrence rate, etc.,worthy of promotion.
