Abstract
The orthogonal experimental design method was adopted and the 3 factors including the varieties of the grafted buds and seedlings of Camellia oleifera, scion treatments and the weather for grafting in the experiment were analyzed. The results showed that the survival rates, plantlet rates, plantlet basal diameters and heights were affected by the varieties, scions treatments and the weather for grafting. The average survival rate, plantlet rate, plantlet basal diameter and height were 81.1%~86.5%,71.2%~78.3%,0.301~0.312 cm,8.44~13.77 cm respectively. The best scion treatment for the bud-stock grafting of Camellia oleifera is B2(1 buds with 1/2 blade) and the best weather for grafting is overcast(C2).
