On Policy and Measure of Judiciary Independence

Based on the current judiciary essence, i.e., justice, self-experience, legality and self-governing, etc., the necessity of judiciary independence was discussed and analyzed. The factors affecting judiciary independence such as moral ideas or administrative system were analyzed and related countermeasures to guarantee judiciary independence were put forward.
