On Judiciary Independence and its Construction

Abstract

Judiciary independence is a intrinsic requirement in the legal societ y and is of significance to judicial justice.And it is the centerpiece in judici ary reform and calls for necessary system construction concerning it.There is no radical conflict between judiciary independence and judiciary supervision,but r egulations are needed to coordinate these two factors.
