Abstract

The regional economic development is not only affected by the size of the local economy, but also affected by the external economy, and impact on hard wares, such as the resources and infrastructure. The study established the dynamics model of the interaction between internal and external economic factors to explore a regional economic development issues. The results show: Impact on regional economy between internal and external factors are very complex nonlinear relationships, when developing of the local economy, is also necessary to use the external economic advantages, reducing competition, and strengthening cooperation, maximum using resources and infrastructure, contributing to regional economic growth; But it should also be noted when the conditions are not in place, stubbornly blind expansion of the local economy or the introduction of the external economic scale, are not conducive to the sustainable development of the regional economy.
