Abstract
Objective To reduce the postoperative complications of trabeculectomy, improve achievement ratio of operation. Methods 51 cases(66 eyes) of primary angle-closure glaucoma were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.27 cases(35 eyes) of expermental group were treated with the paracentesis of anterior chamber, detachable suture combined with sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy.24 cases(31 eyes)of control group didn’t use it in trabeculectomy. The postoperative complications were observed and compared with two groups. Results Shallow anterior chamber:there were 5 eyes(14.28%) in the experimental group after trabeculectomy, while in control group,14 eyes(45.16%) shallow anterior chamber occurred. There were significant differences by statistical analysis. The forming of effective filtering bleb: there were 30 eyes(85.71%) in the experimental group after trabeculectomy, while in control group,22 eyes(70.96%) effective filtering bleb occurred. There were significant differences by statistical analysis. The producing of complications for iridocyclitis, hyphema, detachment of choroid:8 eyes(22.86%),2 eyes(5.71%),0 eye(0%) occurred respectivly in the experimental group, while in control group 13 eyes(41.94%),8 eyes(25.81%),4 eyes(12.9%) occurred respectivly. There were significant differences by statistical analysis. Conclusion The application of paracentesis of anterior chamber, detachable suture combined with sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy can decrease the postoperative complications of shallow anterior chamber, and improve the successful rate.
