Abstract
A dynamically experimental study on scaling in Baolang oilfield in Xinjiang is carried out with a newly self developed scale testing instrument It is found that the scaling during water injection process in the oilfield is affected by various factors such as CO 2 partial pressure, pH of injected water and the ratio of injected water to formation water The scaling rate of injected water decreases with the increase of CO 2 partial pressure, and increases with the increase of pH,formation water in the mixed water and formation temperature
