The reflection and restructure of traditional sports culture in china

On the basis of expounding the main characteristics of Chinese traditional sports culture,this paper points out the predicaments which the restructure of Chinese traditional sports culture has confronted with,such as the inclusivity is bad,the manifestation is backward,the modern civilized factors is short;the culture consciousness of the public is insufficient,the identity degree to the traditional sports culture is low;and the mechanism of inheritance is fragile etc.It puts forwards countermeasures such as incorporating the advanced culture factors of western sports,enriching the connotation and improving the manifestation of traditional sports;enhancing the acceptation of the public to Chinese traditional sports culture,setting up cultural self-consciousness;leading the traditional sports into school education;reinforcing the construction of theoretical system of national tradition sports,and bringing national tradition sports into nationwide fitness system and so on.
