Abstract

As an investigation mean,investigation and interrogation are regulated in criminal procedure law all over the world,and the evidence is got in investigation and interrogation——that is the suspects' confession also become important evidence sort in proceeding.Investigation and interrogation play important role in realizing understanding truth in criminal action and finding existence aims.Combining foreign investigation and interrogation procedure,this article discusses the existing causes of illegal procedure to rebuild and perfect the procedure of investigation and interrogation.
