ON IMPROVING THE INSTITUTION OF INTERROGATION

In modem society, though the institution of interrogation lays stress on the equity of process of interrogation and guaranteeing the subject position of suspect more and more, but the institution of interrogation is established without abandoning the convenience of interrogation. Under distinct institution and mode of criminal investigation, the rationale of interrogation of police is different, and also the method and regulation of interrogation along with the criterion of the value of evidence are not alike each other, but the same is that the method of interrogation should be standard.
