A Study of the Development Trend of Chinese Sports after the Beijing Olympic Games

Abstract

China ranked first in the gold medal tally and Chinese sports have created brilliant achievements in the Beijing Olympic Games.It shows that China is strong in competitive sports.From a macro perspective,Chinese sports need four changes.Four future development trends of Chinese sports are discussed in this paper.Whether it is competitive sports or mass sports,China should take the road of sustainable development in order to become a true sports superpower.
