Analysis the Method of Land Use Planning Based on the Negative Planning——A Case Study on Wushan County, Chongqing City

Taking Wushan County as an example,the paper establishes eclolgical infrastructure with three different safety standards using lanscape security pattern analysis and GIS spatial analysis method,in which negative planning ideology and traditional land-use planning method are combined.Then the paper controls the partition of land,formulates appropriate land management guidelines and adjusts spatial layout of the land use types.The results show that land use planning based on negative planning ideology will not only meet the demand of urban development for land,but also improve economic,social,and ecological benefits of land use.Simultaneously,it can promote the intensive use of land and provide an effective way to resolve conflicts between social development,resource utilization and ecological protection.
