Principle Analysis of Land Use Planning Process at Village Level Based on Practice in Chongqing City

Land use planning at village-level is the promotion and amelioration of existing land use planning system.Based on the practice of land use planning at village level,this paper discusses the features of village land use planning and explores the method of village land use planning.The results indicate that land use patch was a key to land use planning at village-level,and the decision-making on optimizing land use pattern is a controlling factor while decision-making on land use is a refinement and practical implementation,thus forming a process of revising land use planning called Three stages and four processes,which vividly describes the characteristics of land use planning at village level.
