Emperor Yao and Emperor Shun were remarkable clan alliance’s heads in remote antiquity times, they were respectfully called sage by later generations for a long time. When Emperor Yao and Emperor Shun ran their states, they paid much attention to the tactics and current politics, cared about people’s livelihood, made a combined use of favor and disfavor, ran the country according to law, divided the work clearly, used people according to their competences, therefore, the achievement is outstanding. They were praise as (sage’s) political model.
