Rationality and Effectivity Principle for Moral Rewarding System

The morality is beneficial to the society; however,the question is how to improve morality. The inadequacy of intellectual morality and advantage of value-based morality are discussed to argue for the value-morality-based moral connotation,and thus complete the re-interpretation of moral rewarding. Six principles for moral rewarding system are proposed to provide a complete design for the system. The general social moral level may be improved with this system.
