The efficacy of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B with Adefovir dipivoxil and Ganluoxin pills in 24 weeks

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B with Adefovir dipivoxil and Ganluoxin pills in 24 weeks.Methods 52 patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B were treated with Adefovir dipivoxil and Ganluoxin pills or Adefovir dipivoxil alone.In this 24 weeks,we mostly observed the change of the level of ALT and HBV DNA at the end of 16th and 24th week.Results The efficacy of the patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who were treated with Adefovir dipivoxil and Ganluoxin is higher than those were treated with Adefovir dipivoxil alone in the decrease of ALT and HBV DNA,and in the increase of the negative rate of HBV DNA and the recovery rate of ALT.Conclusion The efficacy of Adefovir dipivoxil and Ganluoxin pills is higher than that of adefovir dipivoxil alone.
