Abstract
Objective To determine the contents of six trace elements by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy including Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg in bulb and root of Allium macrostemon. Methods The sample was diluted by microwave with HNO3, and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. Results The results showed that the Allium macrostemon contains rich trace elements which is necessary for people. The recovery was in the range of 95.00%~102.80% and the RSD was less than 2.821 4%.Conclusion The method is simple, accuarate and satisfactory.
