Thoughts on the quality requirements and education model of medical personnel

Abstract
Medical personnel are the basis of the development of public health.Quality education of medical personnel should focus on the practical requirements of the society.Educational conccption should be renewed.Reasonable revisions and reforms of the educational goal,educational system,curriculum structure and system,teaching methods and the clinical clerkship system should be made.The education model should be the combination of fundamental education,professional education and quality education,which made the personnel to be creative medical professionals.
