Abstract

Objective To Analyze liver tissue biopsy pathology organization characteristics and HBV DNA level in the patients (n = 125) with HBeAg positive chronic hepatitis B and HBeAg negative chronic hepatitis B. Methods To divide HBeAg positive and HBeAg negative group and compare HBV DNA quantitative changes and histopathological features in two groups of patients. Results HBeAg negative group HBV DNA level less than HBeAg positive group,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (t = - 2. 78,P 0. 05) . Two groups of liver have varying degrees of inflammation and fibrosis. The difference between the two groups had no significant difference(P 0. 05) . With hepatictissue inflammation activity and hepatic fibrosis degree increasing,There was also no significant difference about HBV DNA level in each group (P 0. 05) . Conclusion The pathological changes of the liver are nothing to do with the state of HBeAg and HBV DNA level, the level of HBV DNA only serve as reference indexes of severity of liver disease.
