Abstract

Chiral separation of pindolol by RP-HPLC with a new chiral column Chiral PAKR AD-RH was builded.The effects of the content of mobile phase,pH,column temperature and buffer concentration on the chiral separation of pindolol were discussed.At the optimal conditions,baseline separation of pindolol was achieved.The method could be applied to routine analysis of enantiomers of pindolol and be used for preparation.
