Abstract
With the development of computer technology,the emerging of virtual prototype technology marks a new stage of mechanical engineering.Through the creation of a reducer parametric solid model by taking advantage of 3D CAD software,such as SolidWorks,the reducer virtual prototyping can be constructed via Parasolid interface in ADAMS.The virtual prototype modeling and simulation provide a basis for mechanical design and improve the design efficiency.
