Abstract
To deepen the understanding of the whole-nation system thoroughly,and to test and verify the adaptation of the system to the modern social environment,this paper analyzes the cultural elements contained in the competitive sports in China from the perspective of sports culture,reveals both the relationship between sports culture and the system and the impact of Chinese sports cultural tradition on the system,and points out that the perfection of the system requires a comprehensive view of humanistic sports for guidance and the development of the system must be dependent on sports culture.
