Abstract

Objective To observe the efficacy of DanHong injection on the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods The 127 patients were randomly divided into Danhong group(58 cases)and control group(69 cases). Both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment, including to continue low current capacity to attract oxygen,anti-infection,spasmolysis breathes heavily evenly, relieves a cough phlegm reduction, correction acid and alkali unbalancedly, electrolyte disorder and so on;Furthermore the Danhong group on the basis of the above treatment received all add-on therapy with intravenous infusion(Danhong injection 30 mL±5% glucose injection 250 mL),one time/d,14 days treatment. Results Therapeutic effect of Danhong group were better than the control group(P0.05),the blood rheology and arterial blood gas have been significantly improved(P0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection can significantly reduce symptoms, improve their symptoms and quality of life, and can shorten the course and conserve resources.
