Abstract
Objective:To compare the effectiveness and side effects of patient-controlled vein or epidural analgesia in postcesarean patients.Methods:80 postcesarean patients requested for analgesia were divided randomly into PCIA group and PCEA group. The formula in PCIA,including Fentanyl 0.8 mg,Tramadol 500 mg and Droperidol 5 mg was diluted to 100 mL by normal saline, and pumped by vein;the formula in PCEA,including Fentanyl 0.5 mg,70% Ropivacaine Hydrochloride 20 mL and Droperidol 5 mg diluted to 100 mL by normal saline, and pumped epidurally. But the two groups had same loading dose(5 mL),continuous speed(2 mL/h),PCA single dose(0.5 mL),fixation time(15 min) and duration of analgesia(48 h).Results:Pain score, sedation score, dizziness, nausea and vomiting, itch of skin, bradycardia and passage of gas by anus had no difference in the two groups. The retardarce degree score of lower limbs movement and urinary retention incidence were much lower in PCIA group than that in PCEA group(P0.05).Conclusion:PCIA and PCEA have preferable analgesia effects in postcesarean patients,PCIA group has lower side effects than PCEA group.
