Abstract
[Objective] The aim was to establish a determination method of tebuconazole residue in apple and soil by UPLC.[Method] Apple and soil samples were extracted with acetonitrile, stratified with sodium chloride, concentrated with certain volume organic phase, purified by amino SPE cartridge, concentrated with nitrogen, and determined by UPLC-UV.[Result] Tebuconazole had a good linear relationship with peak area within 0.05-5.00 mg/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.998 9;the detection limit of tebuconazole was 10.0 μg/kg.The average recovery of the method was 96.9%-107.0%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.4%-9.4%.[Conclusion] The method has simple pretreatment and accurate result,so it is suitable for the analysis of tebuconazole residue in apple and soil.
