Abstract

In recent years, compensation for mental damage has always been the focus under the discus- sion by the law circle and also one of the problems that has to be solved in order to consummate our legal system. To enact and perfect the system of mental damage is the presupposition for the obliged to protect their interest. Now our mental damage compensation is based on the General Principles of Civil Law and some relative interpretations by the Supreme Court, but the provisions are not so specific and practical.
