Abstract
Through carrying out study and analysis on the clinical pharmacy work,and the educational theory and practice of clinical pharmacy at home and abroad,combining with the clinical pharmacy education practice executed by College of Pharmacy of Tianjin Medical University,Tianjin Health Bureau and its affiliated medical institutions for establishing the clinical pharmacists system,developing the clinical pharmacy services and training clinical pharmacists,this paper explored the adult cultivation pattern and methods of clinical pharmacists,which conforms to the situation in China.
