Research on IT Outsourcing Strategy of the Medium and Small Enterprise

With the fast development of the Internet technology, IT Outsourcing involves more deeply in the medium and small enterprises' core business, which influences the strategy formulation and business development of the medium and small enterprises. Using the IT Outsourcing properly and solving the IT Outsourcing problems well can make the enterprise keep a long-term competitive advantage in the future market competition. This paper analyzes the features of IT application in the medium and small enterprise and the problems existing in IT outsourcing of the medium and small enterprise, and puts forward some relative strategies for IT outsourcing of the medium and small enterprise .
