Abstract
Speed of process enterprise informatization directly affect the enterprise competitive position, in order to solve the problem of enterprise limited resources and personnel. Foreign enterprise first adopted marketing strategies of information technology outsourcing and low cost in order to obtain better technology, which can better concentrate itself on enterprise's core competitive business. This paper studied China's enterprise information technology outsourcing.
