Abstract
The production procedure of manganese sulfate solution is presented. The soft manganese ore containing manganese of 18%~20% and pyrite react with sulfuric acid to produce the manganese sulfate solution. The process and technical conditions of synthetic production of the manganese carbonate pure after deep purification and trona solution are discussed . The product quality meets the needs of standards,the leaching rate of manganese reaches 95% and total synthetic recovery is above 90%.
