Analysis on Measurement of Evolution Law in Urban Industrial Structure in China

Abstract
The paper conducts an analysis according to statistical data of industries in Beijing during 1978-2009.The general development of urban industrial structure and employment structure is that industrial structure has been optimized and the change of employment structure is in agreement with the adjustment of industrial structure.But the coordinated development of employment structure lags behind industrial structure to a certain degree and it needs further regulation.Tertiary industry has become a reservoir of surplus labor and primary and tertiary industries are in balance in a long run.
