Clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug for acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug for acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 178 patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups.The treatment group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug,while the control group received drug alone.The patients in the two groups all received treatment 1 h to 3 d after attacking,and the effect was evaluated after two courses.Results The clinical effect in the treatment group was obviously superior to that in the control group.Compared with the control group,the recovery of whole body function,simple limb function,language barrier in the treatment group achieved satisfying outcomes.Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with drug has obvious effect on acute cerebral infarction,and is superior to drug alone.It's worthy of further application.
