Abstract

Objective To explore the effection of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy(ICP)on the fetus. Methods Forty cases of ICP full-term pregnant women in the observation group(ICP group),40 cases of normal full-term mothers as the control group, measured umbilical vein serum bile acid(TBA),ALT,AST and TNF-α after delivery respectively. Results The umbilical vein serum bile acid(TBA),ALT,AST and TNF-α of ICP group were significantly higher than those of the normal group(P0.05).Conclusion ICP can cause fetal liver dysfunction and increase fetal harmful cytokines.
