Abstract
The study was conducted regarding the adsorption behavior of Ni2+ ion on a new spherical cellulose adsorbent from aqueous solutions by static way. And,the effects factors on the adsorption behaviors,i.e.,initial concentration of Ni2+,solution pH and temperature were investigated. Moreover, the desorption experiments were also conducted. It can be concluded that the optimum adsorption pH was 8.0.And,when the initial concentration of Ni2+ exceeded 235 mg/L,the adsorption capacity tended towards saturation. The recovery percentage reached 96.8% when 1.5 mol/L of HCl solution was used as eluant.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
