Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of rhubarb retention enema for chronic severe hepatitis and nursing.Methods:81 patients with chronic severe hepatitis were randomly divided into the rhubarb group of 41 patients and the lactulose group of 40 patients,all with conventional protecting liver,jaundice,infusion of plasma,urine and other comprehensive treatment;rhubarb group were treated with rhubarb retention enema,milk fructose group was treated with lactulose retention enema.Results:There was no significant statistical difference(P0.05) between rhubarb group and the lactulose group in symptom improvement,stool improvement and incidence of complications.Conclusion:Retention enema with Rhubarb can effectively improve the symptoms,stool and reduce the incidence of complications.
