Abstract
Because the students and their parents' thoughts can't keep up with the development,of situation the behavior of the financing institution and the problem of the loan in the procedure that make the national student loan can't get the expectant result. Establishing the system of national student loan information and redacing the risk of the national student loan are the inevitable choice of the virtuous cycle of national student loan formation.
